Hey folks,
It's been a while... I've been frantically working on a few deadlines, and playing catch up with a few website design jobs. However, I just thought I'd post this bit of trivia, shared by Ottar, who has worked as a Cast Member at Phantom Manor in Disneyland Paris, and frequently contributes to DoomBuggies.com. Did you know that there's a REAL skeleton in Phantom Manor? Here's what Ottar had to say:
"...About the skeleton: The real (actual bone!) skeleton in the PM is the skeletal horse you encounter just before entering Phantom Canyon. Guess Disney found an actual skeleton for a cheaper price then what it would cost to make an artificial one. (After all, most butchers have horse meat in some form or other, so it must be possible to obtain a skeleton...!)"
Just thought you all might find that interesting. There are all kinds of discussions and tidbits like that going on at the DoomBuggies.com Bulletin Board, so drop by if you're interested in learning something new about our favorite attraction!
That's all for now...
